I have sat in the cafe you can see in the trailer of the film called "The American", which is set in Castel del Monte, a fabulous little village high up in the Abruzzo mountains, about 30 minutes from home. Castel del Monte is one of Abruzzo's best kept secrets- a beautiful jewel of a medieval village. The cafe owners have a big signed photo of Mr George Clooney behind the bar. Nice find Janet, George Clooney has a clear voice and neutral accent which makes his movies good input for EFL lessons. We shall no doubt soon create an English Attack! video booster from a clip from this movie (I'm also eager to visit the village; will no doubt do so on my next trip to the Old Country!)
