Free online course:mLearning, an Introduction

I will be joining a short one-week mini course on mLearning run by The Consultants-E and hosted on the South Eastern Europe Teachers' Associations on-line community. The tutor will be Nicky Hockly, the Director of pedagogy at the Consultants-E. This course will be held from January 23rd to January 29th.

Being one who still has her trusty Nokia 3310 which is almost but not quite on its last legs, I feel I need to know a bit more about a subject which is going to be HUGE in the future, which is coming NOW!

There are already 69 participants enrolled and it's lovely to recognise a few names.  Hope to see you there?

Hi Janet,

Thanks for the heads up. I joined the digital storytelling online course but have been put off by strange people wanting to be my friend on grouply.

Must try again but have to say it put me right off!

Thanks for the share,

Thanks from me too, Janet.
I've just registered for the course, and looking forward to it.
Hope it's okay to join from (a long way) outside SEETA's catchment area, but perhaps I qualify through my Italian ancestry :-)
Cheers, Lesley (Australia)

Hi Lesly

That's wonderful news! Look forward to seeing you on the course.

It's open to everyone around the world, so coming from far afield as Australia is amazing!!

The course will be a great introduction to the basics of mLearning, which is set to dominate the world of the future.

Best wishes

Hi Leahn

Thanks for popping by! Yes, please do persevere with the Digital Storytelling course, as it is really, really worth it.

I was also initially put off by the grouply "friends", but then I read Barbara's very helpful advice and tips in the forum and everything is fine now.

Please do carry on! It's a lot of fun and I would love to read your stories and see all your fab pictures.
